The drug of choice for the Santa Claus season is undeniably sugar.
Cookies abounding on stovetops and counters and tables and desks.
Hot cocoa and sodas at holiday parties.
Skittles, Hershey's Kisses and everything in between stuffed into stockings.
Heck, even the trees have candy canes dangling from them.
If your skin's like mine, the fruits of oiling or pimpling skin bloom throughout.
Well, this week we're going cold turkey. It's just time to stop.
It'll be worth it, because next week I get re-enter the game in moderation.
