By all accounts Community Players Theatre's first annual party to announce the upcoming season's shows was a tasteful success. The clever device of 15-minute timer countdowns between announcements allowed visitors to visit with friends current and past. The food and decorations were elegant enough to give a gala-style feel to the event. And the shows announced brought consistent applause from delighted patrons:
