How Much Physical Activity Do Adults Need?

Let's see, 150 moderate exercise minutes a week, eh?

5 minutes one-way walking trip to the car when entering and exiting the office = 20 minutes a day x 5 work days = 100 minutes.

3 bike rides of 30 minutes apiece = 90 minutes.

Health = pass!
