"All The Time"

I was running behind someone who'd just passed me on a bike. His T-shirt made it clear that he was part of a high-aspiring organization. Just below its name, these numbers appeared:

24.7.365

My first thought was "cool." The second thought, creature of efficiency that I am, was "redundant."

Wouldn't 24.365 do the trick? "Every hour of every day of the year."

The message 24.7.365 would seem to mean "Every hour of every day of the week, and also every day of the year, in case it would otherwise appear that we only meant one week per year."

Or does it? Doesn't it more sequentially translate into "24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 weeks a year"?

Uh oh. It should probably say 24.7.52 to be more accurate.

Or how about "Always"? This looks to be an easy win for both the mathy and non-mathy people eating cyclists' dust.

He wants to make sure you know he doesn't even take Labor Day or Easter off!
